Check in lady was great. Cleaning staff was fast and CLEAN! We arrived a little early to Check-in, and they were really helpful. We booked the #2 cabin; finding pictures of the cabins are hard to find so here are some I got. Not exactly what I was expecting however it’s more pros than cons. I liked the separate rooms however walls are thin, and futon in living room, water smells like well water,(if your not used to might not like), beds could use extra padding, edging looked funny. But if you look past that, it has a Great view! Grill offered, picnic area, fire pit, lots of sitting areas, and play ground park. Pool was closed for season. Close to Indiana Beach location. The rates were awesome I booked directly they offer military Discount or they had a owner’s special rate. Great place I would plan on returning!!
Went here this past weekend with my boyfriend and his family, it was such a cute cabin that we stayed in and the view of the lake was even better! The room was very clean, and the staff was very nice and helpful as well. The location is nice and quiet, so you're able to relax peacefully! It's very close to Indiana Beach, there's an arcade, mini golf, and a free waterpark just across the street, as well as a boat rental area just down the road! I will definitely come back here soon!
I've been going here for the past 10 years. They are under new management now and by far it's the best it's ever looked. The cabins are all freshly painted in bright colors and the bathrooms look great. I want to give a special thanks to Hannah she made our stay at the end of May/beginning of June amazing. We celebrated my little one's birthday as we do every year. She gave him a special surprise for his birthday and he was so extremely happy. She was very accommodating to us as well. The pool was clean and warm. It rained one of the days we were there so we bought some of their JJs frozen pizzas they had in the office and they were delicious. Also they have Roku TV's so we were able to sign into our Netflix account and watch a couple of good movies. They also offer games to borrow in the office as well. Oh and did I forget to mention the views from the cabins are amazing!!! I would definitely recommend you try this place out. I know I'll be back again for sure Thank you again Hannah for a great experience
Outriggers Has been far more the best resorts my family and I have stayed in. I love the accessibility, the convenience of being so centralized and everything walking distance from there. The cabins are always clean and are fully equipped with the necessary amenities needed for a fun and convenient stay. Arissa and Samantha were very accommodating and welcoming during our stay this past weekend. Always willing to help. Hannah’s hospitality is great. always makes us feel welcomed and is very present at the resort. love it and will definitely be back. I have recommended it to family and friends.

Outrigger resort is the best resort ever!! The owner Hannah is the sweetest!! The pool was crystal clear and we had a great time fishing down by the docks. The cabins were very clean and we were allowed to bring our dogs we are definitely coming back! I 100% recommend this place to anyone looking to have a great time on the lake, in the pool or Indiana Beach.
Came down for the weekend to fish off the docks and relax. The room was clean and the service was great! Caught nice 10 to 12 inch crappies and a few nice bluegill from the docks.
Absolutely AMAZING stay! Truly the perfect location, walking distance to Indiana Beach. Great private dock with awesome view of the fireworks spectacular. LOVE waking up each morning on the lake. The new owners really have put a ton of dedicated time into making this a perfect gem on Lake Shaffer. Cannot wait to come back and make more family memories!! :)
